Quotations and Estimates
All quotations and estimates provided by us are subject to a site inspection and are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a quotation or estimate if the Client’s requirements change, or if additional work is required that was not apparent at the time of the initial quotation or estimate.

Booking and Cancellation
To book our services, Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the repair work required. Clients must also provide access to the property and the affected surfaces on the agreed date and time. If a Client wishes to cancel or reschedule a booking, they must give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. A deposit may be required prior to work taking place.

Payment
Payment for our services is due on the day the work is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via cash or bank transfer. If payment is not received within 14 days of the completion of work, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate, as well as any reasonable debt collection and legal fees incurred.

Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on our repair work, covering materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the Client, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by events beyond our control, such as surface movement, flooding or fire. Clients must notify us in writing within 14 days of discovering a defect in our work to make a warranty claim. The Service shall be carried out in a professional and workmanlike manner using reasonable skill and care. However, the Service cannot guarantee the outcome of the Services it performs due to the unknown history of products previously used on the surface to be maintained which can impact on the end results. The Client acknowledges that due to the nature of the work carried out on floor restoration, there may be certain water damage/marks/chips to fixed items such as (but not limited to) skirting boards, kitchen plinths, panels and rosettes. Although the Service will take reasonable care in carrying out the Services, you may need to arrange independently for some re-painting, sanding or polishing if required after the Services have completed. Any such work will be carried out by the Client at the Client's own expense.

Liability
We maintain public liability insurance to cover claims arising from our work. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the cost of the repair work or the amount paid by the Client, whichever is lower. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or damage to the Client’s reputation.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
